The Wonky Donkey's back, and he's bought his daughter along this time!
For the past 10 years, kids all over New Zealand (and the odd granny), have enjoyed meeting Craig Smith's spunky, hanky-panky, cranky, stinky, dinky, lanky, honky-tonky, winky-wonky donkey in his award-winning musical story. Now though, the Wonky Donkey has a child, and she's just as funny and quirky as her dad! Meet Dinky Donkey!
If you and your kids have already read The Wonky Donkey, or any of Craig's other musical stories, they'll enjoy this one.
Just like her famous father, the Dinky Donkey's full of surprises (she enjoys rowdy music and plays the piano for a start), which means kids get another trait added to the ever-expanding list.
The talented New Zealand illustrator Katz Cowley also has a lot of fun with the pictures of Dinky as well, like the picture of Dinky with a rainbow mohawk and a chain round her neck.
There's also a bonus challenge for kids as well, as there's a small green bird in each of the pictures, can your kids spot it?
Overall, this is another hilarious cumulative story from a talented New Zealand duo, and perfect for fans young and old of Craig's stories. Hee-haw!
