Another action-packed entry in a popular series
Note: This book is recommended for readers aged 16 and over.
Reasons: Violence, offensive language, sexual references and drug references.
The Brigands are one of the most dangerous biker gangs in Britain. Not only have they eluded the police for years, they were also responsible for the murder of CHERUB agent Dante Scott's family. When Dante is sent on a mission with James and Lauren to try and bring down the Brigands, how far will Dante be willing to go to get his revenge?
If your kids are fans of Robert Muchamore, they'll enjoy this story. There are 17 books in the CHERUB series, and this is the eleventh.
Just like the other books in the series, there is plenty of action for kids to enjoy, with my favourite being a biker battle between the Brigands and one of their fiercest rivals at a service station.
Robert has clearly had a lot of fun with the different biker names too, like Dirty Dave, Heartbreaker and Orange Bob, as well as with the gang names as well, like the Monster Bunch and the Dogs of War.
There's also a bonus story included as well for fans to enjoy called The Switch, in which identical twin agents Callum and Connor try and get information on an illegal diamond dealer.
Overall this is another action-packed story from a master of teenage fiction, and perfect for fans of Robert and his books.
